Plumbing leakage detection system with water level detector controlled by programmable logic controller type Omron CPM2A

There is a chance of leakage in the plumbing caused by water pressure pipes, improper installation pipe connections, or external influences, such as earthquakes. Plumbing that detected too late can cause damage to other systems. It necessary have detection system detect leak plumbing. Therefore, this research, designed with level detector (WLD) controlled programmable logic controller (PLC) type Omron CPM2A. The method used research designing optimal model form system, which distinguished hardware and software, testing devices, power supply, WLD, channel relay module (CRM), making conclusions. From results it was found works well detecting plumbing, indicated all transistors' ability work where electrodes (E1 E2) are connected water. transistor WLD will switch saturation position. In be seen even though there from contacts 1.8 VDC, still considered safe condition because provide trigger 3B3D Module, minimum 12 VDC required. addition, when not working off, measurement at normally closed (NC) terminal VDC.
